This song, a great definition of "one-hit wonder" just makes me smile and feel good. It reminds me of summer...it makes me want to dance...it makes me want to ride a scooter and get a little too intimate with my sister. Well, maybe not the last part, but you gotta admit the video is a little incestuous.

This song was released in 1999, but for some reason I feel like it should have been mid-90s. It sounds like something that should have been played at my high school dances. My girlfriend recently brought this song back into my consciousness and I think it's there to stay for a while.
